Also support Joshua with Gerik and enjoy that sweet sweet 79% crit rate.
"Great Knights are weak to two different kinds of effective damage"
More or less irrelevant because not many enemies have those weapons lol
And yeah, the branching didn't happen for long.
Speaking of Fire Emblem,
STATS OMG (the first one is not an endgame party)
Also, have I mentioned that I hate pegasus knights
It's still got unit promotion, though. Which is what I was talking about, I was just also talking about the whole Trainee thing, which I'm not even sure happens outside of Sacred Stones.
^ >Ross
> Not a Berserker
wat r u doin
but Elincia exists...
Also, why the fuck is Gonzales not on that mugshot list? He's awesome.
^It's happened in only one other game (Awakening, the most recent one, which is also the other game with branching).

I like to abuse longbows. >_>
And the Berserker promotion speed bonus wasn't enough for me. (though I used a speedwings later on anyway...)
The ability to cross water and the like makes up for the whole not-having-bows thing, imo.
I was going to comment further, but then I realised that I have to play Fire Emblem so
^^Also crit rate. What's not to love about passive ~20% crit?
^WAIT. It's dangerous to go to chapter 15 alone! Take this.
Could have sworn it was 15%.
Mountain and water territory is handled by flying units for me, though I did use Pirate Ross to swim for a while.
I know Ross the Berserker is the best Ross but...I like Ross the Hero more.
^^^ If Chapter 15 is half as frustrating as trying to chase down that thief asshole in Chapter 14 I will kill a pegasus for every turn it takes me.
^That depends, it's a desert level (meaning loads of hidden treasure, and mounted units can only move one space), loads and loads of enemies, and two bosses.
> mfw when most of my best units are mounted
And the bosses are no joke, either.
I'll get the kiln ready for all those pegasi.
Funny thing, the game throws Pegasus Knight reinforcements at you after turn 5 or so.
> FE8 party
> doesn't include Vanessa
=.(
Tana is better.
The biggest issue with the desert level is that it's too much of a pain to get the treasures without a thief/rogue, so you have to deploy those guys and keep them alive. No enemy thieves are in that map IIRC, though. Or at least the enemies can't get those items.
FE8 desert is honestly really easy in any case however.
The hardest part about the FE7 desert was getting 700 total EXP for the gaiden chapter, and FE6's desert chapter is...ugh.
I'd have never tried to use Tana if it wasn't for the tower.
And even in the tower she had a high death rate.
Only after she promoted to Wyvern Knight from level 20 did she finally be able to take a hit. >_>
Whoops doublepost
FE6's desert chapter is arguably the single hardest level in the series by virtue of all the bullshit stacked against you.
It would have been a looooot easier on me if they didn't make me use Cecilia and Sophia in that chapter. >_>
And the fact that you have to move Sophia to that one part of the map to get that extra Guiding Ring.
I didn't bother getting that ring lol.
I never actually use Sophia because I dislike druids and she's waaaaaaaaaaayyyy too hard to train considering her meh results.
> having any magic users on your team that aren't healers anyway

get out
are you like, trying to play the game in the most "realistic" fashion you can? lol
no its alex
he likes swords and stabbing witches with swords.
and by which authority do you evict me from this pla-- oh, axes, right ffffff--
myrmidons can't use axes
your point is invalid >
