I just wanna see how low Nintendo can go.
As much as I'd like to disagree with Eelektross that is kind of really low.
I mean jesus have you seen how many titles the Vita (counting PSP games) has in comparison to the 3DS' puny 119?
^ Probably because the PSP games it can play are all PSN while the 3DS can play everything?
I dunno about the Vita having a lot of games in any genre though, it's really lacking so far in the obscure JRPGs [subjective] that made the PSP the best system ever [/subjective].
Plus 3DS Region Locking, which is like missing the point of that entire DS import boom that created Elite Beat Agents.
Looking over the PSV games list there's a Doctor Who adventure game, so that's kind of awesome.
Investors don't seem to have much hope in Nintendo delivering a decent E3 showing.
Will they be proved wrong? Only time will tell.
Nintendo is going to be doing a pre-show nintendo direct confrence today/tommorow depending on time zones and 9 pm eastern. The current theory is that it will be focused on the hardware so that 3rd parties can freely talk about Wii U software without worrying about revealing something that they should not about the hardware.
I just watched that. I found it pretty interesting.

I thought today was Microsoft's conference, why are they showing Metroid Prime 4?

Holy shit, tomorrow Nintendo could have Reggie playing The Maiden Rape Assault:Violent Semen Inferno for the whole of the conference and still would be better than this

Things that bug me a good deal less:
Lots of hyperbole.
Yeah, Microsoft's showing is pretty terrible. Easily worst showing so far.

I admit I didn't really watch the conference. Did read about it and many complaints.
Half the conference was them trying to justify staying on aging hardware and the other half was games that were already known about.
Microsoft has the problem of showing all of their cards before they use them. Beyond that Smart Glass thingamajig(which even then was rumored like the dickens), nearly everything shown was either already announced or expected to be there. There were few, if any surprises.
That South Park RPG looks awesome, though.
EDIT: Christ, the Tomb Raider reboot looks like Murphy's law: The Game.

Welp, that was actually pretty decent, the start was like the only thing bad.
Alright I need more info on Watch_Dogs, like what consoles will be on because god damn that preview was good.
The Rayman Legends bit was fantastic(its exclusivity to the Wii U was a bit of a surprise, but it gives me some incentive to buy a Wii U), as was AC3, but that Watch_Dogs game was my personal favorite.
On the other hand, they could have chosen a less silly name for that Wii U zombie game.
I was pretty surprised when the game with the Scary Zombie Boss tha Breaks Down Doors was real. Also that Watch_Dogs thing looks pretty great, and it seems they are setting up an ARG
Nintendo seems a bit confident in its ability to make a good showing.
