Though AFAIK those beams are called Master Spark regardless of the spellcards they're in.
"This is actually doubly incorrect! In this case, it's because it's in Spell Practice mode, which you can tell because the score is so close to 0. It's also not Marisa's Last Word, which is Blazing Star. However, it is correct that it's her Last Spell, which is a bonus attack at the end of the stage, which is, only on Lunatic, Final Master Spark. I saw the very large beam and mis-identified it as her 4th spell, which on Hard and Lunatic is, in, fact, Double Spark because there are 2 Master Sparks."
"oh also it's "Nullity" and not "Nullify""
I feel like I should double-check all this stuff in-game, unfortunately Imperishable Night is one of the games I don't have on this computer. Though looking at videos I see that when they're fully enlarged it's not easy to tell whether they're one or two sparks.
(If you're curious, the main difference between Final Master Spark and the other versions is that in it, the Master Spark rotates).

Oh wow, these still get made.
Except it turns out that's just the karaoke or accompaniment-only version of the track, and this version isn't on YouTube or such in an easily-listenable format.
FYI, it's "Sunset Luv", specifically "Sunset Luv (Track Only)", by Irus, published by LiLA'c RECORDS on their album BACK TRAX.
You can easily find the original song on YouTube. It normally has vocals. But I was enjoying it without vocals...

In the process of finding that I also found this:
Also, I learned that the IEEE publishes papers for game stuff:
