    Chagen, you can find a nice anime weeaboo girl that is willing to pretend to be moe, and everything else you listed, but don't think that it can occur naturally without some thing gearing it to be like that.

    Perhaps in the near future, some families of anime fans will teach their children how to be moe and it will develop in them naturally. Then again, that's also horrible on it's own merit, just like naming your child Kamina and trying to force him to watch TTGL when he's younger and emulate Kamina as a role model.

    Well, the thing is, while some things Chagen listed, mostly psychoses, are quite bad and undesirable, some "moe" traits, like insecurity and dependence, are quite natural in some people and do not have to be forced, whether or not they're bad. Moe isn't entirely based in fiction. Quite so, but not entirely.

    I think there are real people who could be described as moe if they were anime characters, but thankfully their personalities are invariably more complicated than that.

    Chagen, I'm sorry to say, but...  Actually, I can't think of much of anything to say.  Do you really want somebody with all those issues in your life?  The reason those things are cute in a cartoon is because it isn't happening to you, and because fantasy shows don't play by real life rules.
