PLEASE remove how the editor makes pressing enter mean
!
PLEASE just make it do
!
It's REALLY annoying! And it isn't even consistent!
The creators of this editor don't like that :P You can however use shift-enter to insert a
instead of a
. Apparently their option to make enter insert
can break in some cases.
Their rant on this is here; http://www.tinymce.com/wiki.php/TinyMCE_FAQ#TinyMCE_produce_P_elements_on_enter.2Freturn_instead_of_BR_elements.3F
...That is stupid though. The standard is to just hit enter
I like that it inserts
tags, personally.
Though I have a tendency to break my posts into paragraphs for no reason anyway.
^^ They're right though. Using
tags is incorrect. If you're writing multiple paragraphs of text, they should be wrapped in
tags. The problem here is just that our stylesheet makes
s look kind of crappy, which isn't a fault of the post editor.
I removed the margins on

Also, changing the dropdown containing 'Paragraph' to preformatted (wrapping text in
>Search for Ian Ex Machina's posts
>Get a Malkavian post in an Ex Machina thread
is there no way of fixing the search engine
please?
Stalker.
It's not my fault you and your Paedo images are so sexy!
The newer version of Vanilla, along with an add-on, has a tagging feature. Implementing that might be a good idea. (I have it turned on on HH, partly to make up for the crappy search engine.)
You can already do hashtags. #tagging
wait that didn't come out right...I remember hashtagging working before...I wonder if I can blame it on the new editor.
^^^O.o
Still works. Like I thought, your mistake was not putting it at tge start
I can no longer see any of the text options in the text window, only "Write Comment", "Preview" and "Save Draft" (no bolding, indenting etc.)
Edit: And for no apparent reason, it's back.
Sometimes, if you paste a link in a new post, then delete it, it'll show up at the end of the post when you post it.
did you get a 404 while trying to post?
Just me breaking apache configuration for a moment while trying to manually add a new subdomain, carry on.
^ Another site?
nah, just something for me to test out a piece of software on. Turns out I didn't even need the damn subdomain at all to begin with
Oh, that's what's happening. I just figured flaggers were being lazy lately >.>
Editor disabled for flagging, so it should work again.
It doesn't seem to be...odd.
Try clearing your cache; I ended up having to to force it to read the updated js.
Yeah, the sign out link was in a dumb place. Moved it besides inbox; how's that?
