    Makes sense, considering Charybdis sorta just sucks in stuff. Not too much effort required.

    I love when Charybdis is interpret as an unseen monster generating a whirlpool and not the whirlpool itself. I'm not sure which came first in mythology.

    I remember some made for TV miniseries where they were the same monster, Scylla was just Charybdis's tentacles.
