What did YOU get for Christmas 2011?

I received a new, game-worthy, laptop.

I got:

-The first two books of A Song of Ice and Fire (I asked for the first, and dad had actually already bought it for himself after reading a New York Times article about it, so he got the second and gave me both)

-A mouse that doesn't suck (Hell yes)

-Some shirts (They're pretty nice, except for one that's weird colors)

-A novel by a Japanese author titled 1Q84 (In Japanese, Q=kyu=9)

-A number of nut-free candies/cookies.

And since I didn't ask for much, it was pretty much a given that my parents would give me like $50 to buy something for myself...w-wait, there's another zero on there...O_O

After visiting one set of parents (my wife's), I've got a new wallet, a $50.00 Gamestop gift card, and Rise of the Planet of the Apes on Blu-ray. My wife got a nice new digital camera, and our pets got Tuna-flavored treats for the cats, and bacon flavored Beggin' Strips for the chihuahua.

We're going to head over to my parents next, after 30 minutes of digesting time. Holidays are hard on my diet with both families being in driving distance. =P

On account of this being mostly books and clothes, this isn't as much as I usually get, but that's fine, since I was supposed to get my PS3 now, too, but I ended up asking for it earlier. I didn't get Darker Than Black season 1 or that M-65 jacket I need for my Takizawa cosplay, but you know what? That's fine.

Anyway, back to my self-exile.
