    There's a point at which certain attempts at shoe design are no longer considered shoes.

    The first picture in this thread has passed that point.

    The second picture in this thread has well and truly passed that point.

    ^ And would also be something of a rip-off on the off-chance it ever went into production. I mean, you could make it yourself for a few quid with a couple of nails with the sharp end filed down, an ankle braclet and a couple of small chains.
