  • MORONS! I'VE GOT MORONS ON MY PAYROLL!
The only twists I found legitimately surprising were at the very end and they weren't 'Wow I never saw that coming' so much as 'Wait what.'

    OOOooooOoOoOOoo, I'm a ghoOooOooOOOost!
Again, It's not good because of the plot.

Hell, I thought the ending was the worst part; it basically throws away the atmosphere, which is what made the game so good in the first place. Everything after the first-person segment, in my mind, might as well have been a different game.

I was more talking about City so it wasn't directed at you.

I still like the Ivy fight, mainly because it's the only legitimate boss-fight in the game but I don't know who it was that thought 'roided mohawk Joker was a good idea.

    Ah, okay.

    ...

Well, I guess I'll get back to you after I play City :P
  • At first I thought it was kind of far-fetched for two different villains to have two different giant one-handed henchmen, but then they explained it, which was cool.
  • You can change. You can.
I dunno, I liked Arkham Asylum's story. I thought it was legitimately good. Not the best Batman story, but on par with the B:TAS episodes, at least.

^I think it's well above the average videogame storytelling level, and included a few clever medium-related things (the first-person bit right before the end, for example).

But it loses quite a few points for the "and then the villain turns into a giant monster!" bit.
