Cave Story
Cave Story is essentially Pixel's Entire Childhood: The Game. And his childhood was, apparently, epic.
Everything is awesome. Even the bosses. Especially the bosses, ranging from the hilariously incompetent Balrog to the legitimately surprising Living Core. Hell and Ballos were kind of cheap and rushed though.
