I love how I say that complaining about sexism in Death Note isn't much of a complaint, and you guys say that it is because completely different comics that aren't even made in Japan are twice as bad about it. That's like saying that accidentally kicking a dog is bad because some people run cockfighting leagues. Does anyone but me here ever have a line of thinking that actually makes fucking sense to anyone besides like-minded folk?

    Seriously though, it seems like I'm the only poster who can actually make a case without grossly exaggerating the position of the guy who I'm disagreeing with, making absurd assumptions about his or her stance and claiming he's commenting on something totally unrelated to the subject at hand.

    ^^^^ know what thread you're talking about. Your only post in it contained two sentences.

    One sentence was an insult, and the other was vague.

    Your post received exactly one response. People did talk about the American comics stuff, but I can't see that it's in response to what you were saying.
