To get the obligatory "Bugs Me" part out of the way, no, this does not automatically translate to time travel possibilities as media sensationalism might have you believe. It's only 60 nanoseconds. But still, that's all it takes to screw the rules. Yes, it might be just a measurement error, but I doubt that any of us are qualified to confirm or deny that, so we'll just have to wait and see.
