My sister's reactions to Pokemon
My sister wants to read this thread and reactions to her, so please don't swear (My parents are that bad about what an 8 year old can read/watch)
You have joined while her team is almost all level 30+, training her Pikachu to level 30 (currently level 28) in preparation for Erika
These are her reactions
On wild sandshrew she faced: "I'll beat you to death... So no" *runs*
"I really like the sound of this too... The bicycle"
She just asked how to get through the mini maze east of Fuschia. When I told her just to get through it (since it's so simple), she whined that it was hard
...Lost Cave in Fire Red is far worse
Anyways, she's facing a trainer now. She tends to freak out if a Pokemon is one above hers ever since back when she trained for Brock, a level 4 Rattata nearly wiped her team of level 5+
Heck, she handed it to me at that time and I could barely pull a victory (It was too fast to run from). Dat Rattata was in the top precentile of Rattata
She just beat the trainer and waved at the screen while saying, "Bye bye!"
She's still stuck in the maze. Apparently, to her, it's tricky
And now she said that she has no where else to go. I'm having to guide her
TRAINER BATTLE! A Pidgey against her Pikachu garnered an, "Oh please"
And now she mispoke, saying her level 28 Pikachu grew to level 9
She said ow when a Meowth used Payday, and said she isn't picking up all this money
She switched to Clefable to use Sing on Pidgeotto. And Sing missed and she doesn't believe it works because it said, "It doesn't affect PIDGEOTTO!"
And it just worked. I was right 
And now she's using pound. "I shall use pound. Or... Pound. Pound. Whatever"
And now she is having Pikachu finish off the bird. "And now I'm dead". Pidgeotto nearly knocked out Pikachu with Gust (Pikachu was a little low already). Convinced her to use Thundershock (She keeps doubting her Pokemon can go fast enough to take off the last few hitpoints for some reason...), and she won
Now she is done for today
And now she's using pound. "I shall use pound. Or... Pound. Pound. Whatever"

That doesn't sound unreasonable at all.
When she gets home (If I'm not already at work), I'll have her answer your question (although I am betting that her favourite is Pikachu)

I plan on following this and I give your sister props for using a Clefable. I always preferred it to Wigglytuff for some reason (maybe because the Clefairy line is from space or something).

Also, this sadly won't update too often due to school for both of us and the fact that our parents don't like her playing videogames often
