It bugs me that there is a huge, ridiculous clusterfuck fandom on the internet surrounding a freeware fighting game engine.

    Touhou is simple.

    It's a freeware fighting game engine shmup that is well-realized and its' setting and characters have been used to make some great games as well as featuring hundreds of characters.

    It allows for people to create fighting game characters out of everything and everyone, I see it pretty much exists to have a large fanbase.

    Wait a sec. I think I saved his post somewhere...

    Edit: I can't find it, so tl:dr: Most of them are young, but the majority of Touhou characters aren't lolis (even after counting hundred of years olds in child bodies), You can't tell their age (old or young) from the in-game images because the maker can't draw to save his life, and taking their fandom representations into account (taking a biased stand towards counting characters as lolis when both a loli and non-loli representation is popular) results in well over half the characters being non-lolis.

    Interestingly, only two lolis have appeared in the latest two main games, out of fourteen characters.

    I downloaded a cool compilation once and just played with those characters. It's not like they make you play with Evil Rare Akuma.

    I wouldn't touch the community with a 30 meter (fuck imperial) stick though

    The size thing is probably the biggest problem I've had.

    I'll admit that I once made a game with all female sexable characters, and the sex fightings like Kuromaru, Tentacle Girl, Minotaur...

    Whoever made the Deadpool character did an amazing job.

    ^ Well, apparently they can be quite varied

    One person gave a character (Robotnik) two life bars, with one only going down if you hit him on the head. And their Tails and Knuckles can get rings
