I hate it when any time Digimon is mentioned the topic always degenerates into an argument of which season was the best.

It's season 3> 5 > 1 > 4 > 2, by the way.

    The transformation sequence for a whole group of Digimon took up a large chuck of time sometimes.

    I haven't watched it since season 2. But I loved how the series has a decent storyline compared to the other mon shows (How's that quest to become the ultimate Pokemon Master, Ash?). However, I thought it was annoying how each Digimon had mon at the end of their name.

    I was always more of a Pokemon kid.

    But if I were to watch it now, I'd probably enjoy Digimon more.

    One thing that always bugged me about Frontier: Zoey as Ms. Fanservice. Why in the name of ass would you give an underage girl breast and ass shots in a transformation sequence and lingerie alt forms?

    Anyways, I guess I liked Adventure 02 more than a lot of people did (I don't really follow the fandom that much). In any case, you have to give it credit for Oikawa being messed up in the head way before Tamers got darker and edgier.

    I thought it was more cheesy that the higher forms just added prefixes to the Champion or Ultimate forms.

    Anyway, seriously, I never really watched Digimon enough to have any real opinion on it, beyond that I liked it when I was a kid.  I certainly can't remember what the different seasons were...

    And anyway, as 'mon shows go, I sort of preferred Monster Rancher, but that was mostly because it had the best video games.

    ^NeoCrimson was a fusion of Crimson the human leader of the main evil faction of the game and the Chaos Lord which was basically a red Machinedramon who ALSO didn't have mon at the end of its name.

    As far as seasons go, for me so far.

    Xros Wars> Savers> Tamers> Adventure 01> Frontier> Adventure 02

    Mangas, video games, and movies are a whole different matter altogether.
