CP is justified and anyone who disagrees is a feminazi.

There are people who disagree with this. I really, really hope they're not as common as the internet makes them out to be.

    Clean your room little Billy
The concept of the feminazi, much like how an atom has a small nucleus surrounded by electron shells, has a kernel of truth surrounded by a vast cloud of persecution complexes and wilful misinterpretations.

    They're not, not even close.

Apparently the term was first coined by Rush Limbaugh. Make of that what you will.

    And ninja'd.

Contrary to popular belief, Rush Limbaugh can be right sometimes.

He came out in favor of EMA during Brown/Schwarzeneggar v. EMA, for example.

Also, comparing anyone with a strong opinion on women's rights to racist (and sexist, for that matter) totalitarian dictatorships should raise eyebrows. Though comparing virtually anything with fascism in the first place is a pretty dumb argument.

    What's EMA?

^^ Okay, how was he right in this situation?
  • Oh hey, people focusing on a vocal minority because then they can make sweeping remarks about an entire movement because of it.

I prefer the term "misandrist" to apply to radical feminists.

  • Even though I don't think all feminists are that radical and crazy, have you seen some of the humbug that passes for fact in today's feminism? Just follow this link:

  • People will interpret things however they want. I don't see how feminism has anything specifically to do with that, considering I've seen plenty of similar bastardizations of "science" in the news.

    That made me laugh.

  • I prefer the term "misandrist" to apply to radical feminists.
I don't? Misandry is a lot broader than feminism, and truth be told the most damaging sort of misandrists are not the occasional "feminist" ones (everyone who is aware of Mary Daly is aware she was a kook), it's the female version of the guy who won't shut up about his ex. Or the advertisers who are both misogynist AND misandrist (see: the PMS milk ads, or really if you think about it pretty much any sexist ad ever).

In fact, if I can go on a tangent on that last point, people think that misandry is the opposite of misogyny, but it's not. All hates are similar; all hates tend to follow each other around and cheer for each other. The real opposite of hate of men is not hate of women or of anybody else but love of men, and of women, and of everybody else.

Misandry is more like Misogyny's grumpy twin sister.

and speaking of that commercial, I looked it up, watched it, and saw this instead.

    hmmmmm, very convincing.

MORONS! I'VE GOT MORONS ON MY PAYROLL!
I really, really hope they're not as common as the internet makes them out to be.

Hint: They aren't. Whiny  white men who don't understand how to deal with the fact that they're a part of the power structure have overblown radical feminists among other groups to feel persecuted.
  • Hold on, Malk, surely you mean 'they aren't'?

    ^^The typo has been rectified.
  • Glaives are better.
You don't have to be the minority to be persecuted.

And there's plenty for "whiny" white men to be angry about, especially if you're in the middle class or lower.
  • [citation needed]

And please give examples that are unique to white men.

MORONS! I'VE GOT MORONS ON MY PAYROLL!
Yeah, but all of the stuff worth being angry about comes from the actions of other, more powerful white men.

and the Jews controlling the media.
  • Glaives are better.
I'm not going to restrict my arguments by limiting them to apply only to white males. I said that white men have plenty to be angry about. For example, there's the systematic discrimination in the justice system that favors women in both criminal and civil cases. There's child support fraud, and the fact that it's legal to force men to pay child support for children who have been scientifically proven to not be theirs'. There's the draft. There's the economic recession, which has overwhelmingly affected men. There's the lack of support for male victims of rape and domestic violence. And the biggest problem?

    All of this is legal.

Is that enough to be "whiny" about?

Hasn't the draft been done away with?

    Also, nope.
  • Glaives are better.
You wouldn't know, being a woman, but every man has to register for the draft when he turns 18.

I'm not sure it's been done away with, but there hasn't been a draft in almost forty years, so it's a pretty stupid thing to bring up.

^Oh man, oh man. I keep forgetting why I don't like talking about the fairer sex with Hatter.
