Being tired after waking up

Specifically, waking up at night after sleeping for a while during the day and being unable to go back to sleep despite still being tired.

I am perfectly aware of how stupid and convoluted this sounds.

    I think about 8 hours, I'm not really sure.

    Which is what I get for staying up anyway. X_X

    Although technically, I did go to sleep in the afternoon, and I did wake up in the (incredibly early) morning, so I guess I can justify it in a weird, fucked up sort of way.

    It was worse during the school year because I'd see 7 on the clock and start freaking out and thinking I was really late for school. n////n;;
