Why? It's a puzzle game! I can't see how this would improve the experience, plus if the other player is a dumbass it will make things infuriating.

    I haven't played Portal 2, but from what I know it's a lot easier to get yourselves killed in Catherine, like accidentally push a block on them. I also don't think there are any new gameplay aspects in the co-op like there are in Portal 2.

    Co-Op for puzzles seems to be a great idea actually, If you can do puzzles well, then having 2-people just means you can significantly raise the difficulty of the puzzles.

    As for bad-co-op in general, ~shrug~ Don't blame the concept for bad execution.

    and bad players, they exist, Oh noes.

    They can be, but forcing you to play with two people  means I can't play on my own and Catherine's co-op has no story, so it's moot.

    I suppose if they introduce new elements where the players have to act in tandem then possibly. However, it's just more block puzzles with two people.

    Hmm, it all depends on if co-op needs a gold account. If so, I'd totally be up for it so long as you could put up with my shitty playing.

    I just got an X-box 360 because it was cheaper at the time and PS3 had no gaemz. 


    I actually haven't played Catherine in months and Normal mode kept crushing me. I should go back to it some time tomorrow.

    Ohhh I see. I'm planning on starting on Normal mode, so I hope I can keep up~. I've heard how hard it is though. XD


    In any event don't worry too much about being awesome at playing, I'm kinda an asshole during co-op stuff on a whim and have been known to derp around just for fun. Like in RE5 with my best friend, we'll be in the middle of a boss fight and I'll decide suddenly that it's the perfect time to start an egg fight or relentlessly egg her in the face to keep her still for the monsters and then let her suffer till almost the last second before saving her. It's gotten so bad that we're seriously considering having an IRL egg fight to let out those frustrations. XD


    BUT I SWEAR I'LL PLAY NICE WITH YOU~~.
