This bugs me too, that song was fine before and censoring it just makes me think of the censors as immature people with hands clasped over their ears.
However it being bowdlerized did allow for it to be covered by Gweneth Paltrow on glee, so I guess that's a plus (YMMV, may not be a plus to everyone).

So then I looked up the lyrics on Google, I still couldn't place them, and I realized that I'd forgotten the lyrics of the second verse/refrain.
That led me to the phrase "I forgot the words"...which led me to this stupid song.
