Though, it's not like I don't like it...  It's just that without maple syrup, the amount of waffles/pancakes/etc. that I am able to eat before getting full is greater.  So... it's an acceptable tradeoff, I think.

I'd say sort of breadlike, I guess. Hot bread, anyway. But the fun is to play with the fillings. I normally put in some cheese, but I think that there's not a better breakfast that one with eggs.
