Not really, no.

Wizards of the Coast keeps a reserved list of cards they won't reprint in order to keep card prices. Also, a card being reprinted depends entirely on how it affects the metagame and on demand, as well as other circumnstances I can't think of.

which leads me to "Not sure if right or wrong" when i think about it. I mean, most people base their deckbuilding in competetive formats based on what's popular so they are, you know, ready with stuff that is probably by itself.

Of course, that implies I actually understand Bee's point. Which I don't.
