I can't tell if HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH is So Bad It's Good or just good.

Normally, if a work is So Bad It's Good you just laugh at the inadvertently wacky events, misspellings, the way the events are described, how it misses the points and events of original works, etc. Even if you know it's deliberately So Bad It's good, you can still appreciate the author's feigned incompetence.

Not so with HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. It has stupidly insane but awesome stuff going on, the author knows how to spell, his/her ideas and thoughts aren't twisted (any further) by how s/he describes them, and s/he was having fun with the setting.

On the other hand, it's an incoherent pile of over-the-top stuff that doesn't follow from one part to another and the author was having too much fun with the setting.

That's my dilemma.

Indeed. So-bad-it's-good stuff must, by definition, be incompetently-executed. Thirty Hs does what it sets out to do, and does it with some good comic timing and some entertainingly vivid descriptions. It's just that what it sets out to do is completely bugnuts insane.
