Kisume is a minor character from the indie game series Touhou who serves as an otherwise unexplained early-game boss.  She's mainly modeled on a monster from Japanese history folklore who drops down from trees, and is known for riding in a bucket.  Fans joke about how that bucket might contain everything she needs to live on, and also have nicknamed her "Bucket Ranka" for her similarity to Ranka Lee.

Ranka Lee is a character from Macross, an animé series.  I think she's a pop star/idol or something.

Mikaze Honjou is a main character from Stratos 4, an animé series.  She's one of the Meteor Sweepers, a crew that pilots high-atmosphere aircraft that are supposed to deal with chunks of meteors left by Comet Blasters out in space, who do the primary work of, well, blasting meteorites that have been falling to Earth frequently twenty minutes into the future.
