I was about to transliterate it, but I'm not sure if it's possible to write "Tnophelia" in katakana.

^^^ Nah. The original title is always best unless you're actually trying to sell a product in a different market.

If it's just a fan-translation patch then translating the title (and especially names of important things in the game) is bad and anyone who does it is bad and should feel bad.

As such, Tnophelia No Yume is the best name.

^ It's probably possible... though I can't imagine it'd be terribly comprehensible afterward.

It'd probably end up being something like ツノフィーリア (Tsunofiiria). Not that that works very well either, but it's not much worse than how they write Khrushchev in katakana.
