    Generally, the cover art should match the illustrations on the inside in art style at the very least.

    I would buy Spice & Wolf with the second cover (I agree that it looks like the cover of porn novel, BTW). But that doesn't meant that I would be happy with the cover.

    That's a good point actually. Does the American version still have the illustrations?
