    We should ban it because too many people have ruined it for everyone and will always abuse it in some manner, and pressing the rules when it comes to child porn is very fucking bad, whether it be "Is This LEGALLY Considered Consent" rules, "How Young Is Too Young", and the "We Don't Enable Bad Pornography Policies" rule which allows the said actor to refuse to commit an act that would deform or cause pain to a certain part of the body without any compensation or insurance.

    And children should not grow up in a world where 6th graders offering sexual favors to people for money or grades is okay or legal.

    1) If something is illegal, that's a good reason for avoiding it out of concern for yourself, but it doesn't give any support to why that thing is illegal in the first place. You can't tell me murder should be illegal because it's illegal.

    2) That ties into what I concluded before.

    3) The production is certainly a form of child abuse, but I'd like to see clearer arguments made as to how redistribution of the porn hurts children.

    From what others have told me, children don't get the same rights and contracts when it comes to porn. They are just kind of bribed, tricked or extorted into doing it, and they get no reimbursements, respectable payment or a say in what acts will be committed to them.

    Also, allowing people younger than 17 to join the pornographic workforce is very unsettling. There's nothing you can do about "Filmed at the Spot" porn that most people look at that you guys seem to talk about (YOUNG HOT ILLEGAL SLUT FUCKED IN FACE kind that circulates on RedTube and stuff). And to put it as blunt as fucking possible, seeing a 15 year old be legally allowed to ride a cock until she opens up and bleeds at a playground in front of a camera, to be uploaded to the internet for millions of people to jerk off to just doesn't feel right.
