The vast majority of Diaper Fetishists are normal people sexually attracted to adults. Most of them are into it for the submissive context, or the feel and look of diapers. Babies do not factor into it.

I only like lolis in anime/manga. They look nothing like real life children, which I am not attracted to at all.
