I was gonna change my avatar back to the Bidoof one I used during the Doofraid at IJBM I, but that just brings back bad memories. Memories of being a(n) (even) shit(tier) writer, specifically. And I can't find it in the folder I used for old TVTropes avatars, nor do I care to look for it.

My previous post is also reminding me of what a creep I was back at TVTropes (sorry for the bluh bluh TVTropes thing again, this is just a personal reflection, nothing much to do with the site). I think back on some of the posts I made, and I can't believe I ever thought some of that was okay to post to a public forum.

Abyss: perhaps you could switch to one of the Tor browsers? I am nobody when it comes to computers, but this thing was made with privacy in mind.
It seemed attractive at first, but damn, that's a ridiculous amount of restrictions. Notably "Don't open documents downloaded through Tor while online", which is pretty much impossible for a university student.

Looking at Amazon again, apparently they have the original light novel for Welcome to the N.H.K. . . . starting at $30. Not sure if it's worth getting it or not, but it used to be going from over $100. >.>
