    I am going on a cross-country adventure to find nice big guppies for my new tank. I have nuked the tank with bacteria eliminators and de-chorinator for now, and cleaned all of my aquarium objects with seething hot water to kill off any of the ick parasites that may remain, and stock up on ick cure and aquarium salt to prevent this from occurring once again, while also planning on buying a new pH checker and water filter along the way.

    Well, diagnosing it was apparently $85. I'm probably just going to have Amazon replace the motherboard and see if I can also send them the diagnosing bill.

    I just saw an offer for a ps2 plus a shit ton of games for a price that makes me think the guy must either have stuffed eggs in the things disk slot or used a steel wool carrying case on the disks.

    Also, I don't think this Gantz liveblog idea is gonna work. I can't really write it without just insulting it at every turn. And screenshots aren't working out. Thankfully it's horribly amusing in its own right.

    Well, I can save images from Media Player Classic Home Cinema files (like my K-On!! episodes) with a simple navigation of right-click options. But the Gantz episodes are Windows Media Player files, and when I right-click them, my only options are Show Video, Video Size, and Full Screen.

    MPC-HC can play .wmv files, if that's the problem.  Or, in other words, that's really not a problem at all.

    That said, I have no idea why someone would release anime anything in .wmv format.

    ^ For what it's worth, it's an .avi file, whatever the hell that means.

    ^^ I don't usually take screen caps, though, so I don't know the "proper" methods. That might be the problem, though I haven't had any problems simply saving a still image of a video before, with different video players.

    Anyway, just open it in MPC, instead of Windows Media Player.  Really, MPC should be set as your default program for videos anyway. (EDIT: Ninja'd)

    And yeah, for taking screenshots of videos, you should use the built-in screenshot thing in MPC, which is what you already said you do.
