    Other than that, I can't think of any off the top of my head.

    Though actually right now it's specifically Mugi/Sumire.  Although I imagine it'd be less of a pairing and more of Sumire having a crush on Mugi while Mugi is busy not noticing and instead shipping her friends together.  Or something.  It sounds cute in my head so shut up! >.<


    Yui/Azunyan is probably my real favorite though.  Then probably Sakura/Tomoyo from Cardcaptor Sakura.

    I was first introduced to the notion via Buffy. First with Willow/Tara, then with some people at school who shipped Buffy/Faith very... vehemently. Personally, I always shipped Willow/Faith seventh season just to annoy them.

    My favourite yuri pairing, though, would have to be Shizuru/Natsuki.


    Not for the usual reasons (Elegant princess hiding herself behind a mask meets an ice princess), but because both have... issues. What with Shizuru's near-sociopathy and her dangerous obsession with Natsuki (but not to the point of harming Natsuki until she thinks Natsuki hates her), and Natsuki's general demeanour towards everyone except Shizuru and her issues with her parents, they're both characters who fit well together.

    And I have only ever seen the first episode of Xena.

    For the most part, I have no idea.


    Willow/Tara or Buffy/Faith are in their twenties, though. Shizuru and Natsuki are still in high school, but not only are they much more emotionally mature than, well, high school girls, but being in it for the sex is kind of silly when the only time anything like that happened was when- wait spoilers, but it would be a pretty dumb thing to be into anyway given what happens in the show.

    I like the pairings because they're cute (or "Moe", if you will), not because I like thinking of sexual scenarios between underage characters. Keep in mind that I'm one of the people who reported Reddit to the FBI; I don't approve of child porn.
