Disturbing hentai has been a source of memes since the dawn of ages(a cat is fine too, itty bitty batty boat and it's awwwwright spring to mind). It's pretty easy to just point and laugh at such tripe.
After the whole "blender baby" thing from Mai-Chan's Daily life (forgot the meme associated with it), nothing from Japan squicks me anymore.

You can still do that. After you give the image URL go to the appearances tab (before you click insert) and just scale it manually. I usually set it to around 300px in one direction or other unless there's relevant text in the picture.
Lolicon just has ten kinds of eerie vibes in my head, whereas (straight) shotacon doesn't carry the same level of squick.
Finishing K-ON! is far more important than finishing Nichijou. They're on totally different levels. Nichijou was really good, but K-ON! is pretty much perfect, so...
