    I don't really have anything to add concerning those topics, but I have met someone who is mostly bitched about on the Internet, from what I've seen: Mookie. I was glad to see that he's at least aware of the love-it-or-hate-it nature of his work and didn't let that get to him.

    And yes, concerning hipsters, hipsters =/= snobs, although most snobs quickly become hipsters after awhile.

    Some hipsters write nice music, some make awesome artwork, and have nice stories. The fact that they like to find things that most people aren't looking for is very nice, which is why I even know what Morgul, Lilitu and savium is.

    Anyway, I know the sensation very well, Myrmidon. And even if these people do exist, that still doesn't explain to me how some people can get so pissed off at them, like more than they should be for simply finding these people annoying.

    His criticisms were probably valid, yeah (I'll admit I don't remember much of what he wrote before the blog went down), but either way, it's kind of ridiculous how people (namely, ED-ers) latched on to his stuff for no reason other than the fact that his reviews got people in a tizzy.
