Then here are the systems I currently want:
* Wii (that plays GC games)
* DS (that plays GBA games)
* PSP
* PS2
Yes, I'm not up-to-date. At all.
*Better PC
I want the following:
*PS3
*PSP (Just for a handful of games though)
*Better PC
I don't want much.
I wonder how many people want a PSP just for a handful of games? Also, I wonder how many people bought a PSP for the same reason?
wonder how many people bought a PSP for the same reason?
I think this applies to most systems. We want the system because it has some games we want.
At least, that's for me. I don't buy systems just to have current-gen systems or to have media players. I buy systems because they have games I want.
...which pretty much necessitates my getting systems several years late.
> All the games not being localized these days makes me want to learn Japanese.
Uh, actually, more games than ever are being localized. I am honestly surprised at how many games companies like Altus are willing to localize. I would have thought a good many of them--such as Riviera: the Promised Land--would be pretty niche, and not get localizations.
It's just that you're being more aware of all those games that don't get localized.
They didn't localize the majority of the older Fire Emblem games either, so that's obviously not just a recent thing.
Yes, Nintendo cares just about money. Like every other company.
...Actually, I first rented Path of Radiance because I thought Ike was a very weird-looking Marth on the cover.
>Buy the limited edition version of Catherine
>Waddle up to the counter
>Cashier is a pretty blond in her 20
>Start sweating out of nervousness
>She says "Wow, what a complete loser" under her breath
>Start crying, throw a $100 bill on the counter and run
>Slip on the wet floor
>Begin farting out of nervousness
>The farting turns into shit
>Shit so hard that I fly around the Gamestop like a rocket
>Spray shit all over her and the customers
>My shit turns them into bears
>I turn into a bear
>Fly out of the Gamestop using my shitrocket powers
>Become a supervillain
It had to close down the next day.
^^^ It's not. Metroid's lukewarm sales there are partially why they let Americans make Prime.
