If you use an @yahoo.com email or any related Yahoo services, they have blocked us also due to "user complaints"

Why is a D some times a pass?
For all my life before high school, I have known a D to be a fail. Not as bad as a F, but still bad. And now in High school, its suddenly a pass. What the heck?

Maybe it works differently in the US.
What bugs me more is the skipping of E. What the hell?
^There's no E because anything below D is a failure, or F.
That said, I've heard that 60% being the minimum passing grade is normal in American high schools, which seems weird...
Also, I thought D tended to be counted as passing.
