Why would you hold most of your concerts on Thursday mornings?

(It doesn't explicitly say Thursday, but if you check the dates, they are Thursdays.)

Are you, like, afraid that there are too many people coming to your concerts?

    Diet NEET

Perhaps it's a student town? Most of the studies over here have zilch classes on Friday because people training home etc.

The club serves Hartford and its surrounding suburbs, such as West Hartford, Rocky Hill, Windsor, South Windsor, etc..  These are not student towns.  These are, if anything, small, sleepy New England suburban towns that try (but not very effectively) to have an air of historical significance to them, or failing that, try to have a decent school system to attract people who work in companies located in greater Hartford.

The only semi-big music school in the area is the Hartt School at the University of Hartford (in West Hartford).

  • ^ You know the area, Glenn, but if it's weekdays and it ain't students, these concerts are probably aimed at retired people and the more culturally ambitious kind of housewife/househusband. No-one else is free at that time.

I don't know the area well enough to say for sure, but from all that I can tell, you're almost certainly right.
