    I forget the exact composition of this article because I read it only once, in the summer of '10. As part of Weingarten's new-ish book, The Fiddler in the Subway, a collection of some of his best articles. It's amazing, you should all read it.


    That said, what exactly is your issue with this article? I can't really understand it from your post...

    I should really read it again. But seriously, go find that book the library if you haven't read a bunch of Weingarten's other stuff.
