When people defend something a little too much
I saw on reddit an article about charges laid on a teacher for feeding his semen to his students. He had the door locked (not allowed, but teachers there do it anyways apparently) and had them blind folded to protect their eyes from the bright lights for the photos
The redditor said that just because the substance in the spoon was described by the kids as tasting salty/sweet and looked like semen doesn't mean it was. They also said that just because a spoon that looked exactly like the one in the photos and had traces of semen on it was found in the class trash doesn't mean it was the same spoon
...There's reasonable doubt, and then there's stupidity. If he is innocent, then man he really fucked up

Yeah, there's a reason why "reasonable" is in that phrase. I mean, it's possible that he put some semen in a spoon to plant evidence that it was real that could only be obtained through forensic investigation, then used some sort of substitute, but that would be dumb, so the possibility can be ignored.
