If you use an @yahoo.com email or any related Yahoo services, they have blocked us also due to "user complaints"

Banned the political spammer person/bot. Searching the username, he/she/it has copy-pasted this and similar stuff in more than a few places.

I've waited for way longer. I once created a forum account, waited for a year and eight months, then convinced the forum that I was Sheogorath from the Elder Scrolls dropping hints for Skyrim.

If anyone's curious, it was a linkdump in favor of abortion. Though it didn't seem to be supporting the right to abort so much as condemning the right to not abort.
I think this is caused by the fact that we have an approval system in place; many spammers don't find it all that useful if they can't post immediately, and many other forums will let them do just that.
I highly suspect a lot of the users that we've approved and never heard from again are spammers. However, short of them actually rearing their ugly heads, we'll never know.
I'm okay with that.
