It won't link up to any servers, and nothing seems to change that.

It's been happening ever since I got my new computer.

Check your firewall settings, on your computer and on your connection.

Does the server window open at all, or is it just empty?

If it's the latter then you might want to try and adjust the filters.

Reinstalled Steam. Now, when I try to log on, it says "Steam is having trouble accessing steam servers" and won't start.
