    Honestly I don't mind not having beaten Castlevania 1 because seriously fuck that shit.

    I've "beaten" Cv1, Cv2, SCv4, DXX, RoB, BL, and CotM.

    I've beaten SotN, HoD, AoS, DoS, and OoE.

    At the very least, play either Super Castlevania 4 or Rondo of Blood to completion.
