I have never felt as much sympathy for OCD sufferers as I do now.

What is "this"?
You could try only going on the Net to do specific things, and only doing those things, rather than surfing without a particular object, because that'll just let the obsession do its work.
But really, the websites is just a symptom. You aren't happy with life. You need to address that, but I can't tell you why/how because I'm not a counsellor and I don't know your life history.
