Buying a business for £1
It sucks, when you have such an awesome offer, and then when you look at the balance sheets... you find out that the debt level is over £9000. -_-

OVER NINE THOUSAND?
More seriously, the only reason you would ever be able to buy a business that cheap is exactly because it's loaded with debt or, indeed, has gone bust and the liquidator wants shot of it. Buying it would be a calculated risk - can I ever make money out of this?
