I'm too used to low FPS

On my old laptop 20+ fps on tiny with fast graphics in Minecraft was good

The new one? I get over 100 FPS easily with far and fancy graphics

;.; And I can't stand it. I had to limit the FPS to 40 before I could play it right. It was too fast for me

  • Till shade is gone, till water is gone, into the Shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath, to spit in Sightblinder’s eye on the last Day.
I... don't know that feel, bro.
  • I kind of know that feel, bro and you will get used to the higher fps .

But everything is so fast! D:

^ Minecraft doesn't have 60 FPS as an option

A lot of people bitch about that as the two other settings fry computers apparently
  • This mod I recently downloaded keeps resetting my render distance to "Far"

That sort of plummets my FPS to within numbers that you can count on your hands.
  • Icalasari, I would look into the optifine mod, in particular the anti-aliasing variant.  It has a vsync option and the some other good graphics options such as Anti_aliasing,mipmaps and anisotropic filtering, which are all things to make the graphics look better. There are a few graphical errors here and there but I blame notch.

I've used optifine before when my old laptop was unable to handle Minecraft at times

Love it to bits, although I don't like how it eliminates text colour on servers
