    If I was a hairdresser I would probably shave the word "asshole" on someone once just for a cheap laugh. The fact the guy has learning difficulties muddles it, however.

    Yes, this was a mean-spirited sort of prank. It might have been funny if the customer had been a non-disabled person who had been behaving like a dick. Or Mr T, in which case he should have shaved in "Crazy Fool."
