    So usually my sister goes Halloween trick-er-treating, I stay home and leech off her smarties and chocolate, which she doesn't really like anyway. But she's sick today so she can't go, and I didn't have a costume planned, so we don't get candy. I'm admittedly kind of bummed, even though it'll probably help em in the long run.

    I had the great idea this year of sitting outside on our porch, with a big-screen TV or monitor, plugging my computer or PS1 into it, and playing Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, while waiting for trick-or-treaters.

    Oh, and plugging speakers into the thing so that they can blast the great SotN score across the neighborhood.  Or, more realistically, to about a hundred feet out.

    ...yeah, that didn't work out at all.

    I was dressed in the bedsheet ghost costume, but the bedsheet was patterned instead of white. I said I was the ghost of an interior designer.
