Abyss: Yeah, but I like to use "whom" in formal, business-like affairs.

Whom is all but archaic at this point. I'd hardly call failure to use it ungrammatical.

I guess I can't speak for all present-day English dialects, but I'm sure this is true for what's considered the standard dialect.
