    the Sonic Screwdriver is, for all intents and purposes, a magic wand. Which is why most Doctor Who enemies are clever enough to not provide situations where it could be useful.

    Anyway, now I want an episode of Doctor Who were his hypercompetence in normal situations throughly shows.

    Yeah, the screwdriver doesn't create bullets out of nowhere. I could see it happening if the gun had jammed or something, though.
