Why am I so cold? ;.;
I hate how I am perfectly fine at 15+ weather and -10 and below, but in between that? I'm freezing cold!

The reason was because my parents would save on the electric bill and not bother with heating (which was electric), but my undergraduate dorm was heated up to the 90s fahrenheit.
