  • My first thought was "damn, we had that hideous Darth Wiki color scheme all the way back in 2008?"
  • Yep, we did. I remember DW going back to at least the fall of 08.

I remember late in the page's run, when it started getting real nasty. I was afraid to ever post on it, I feared I would be eaten alive by angry nerds.

All of the characters except for Yuki are terrible

Clearly, this person is watching some bizzaro-Haruhi Suzumiya where all the interesting characters are bad, and the boring characters are good.

Anyway, carry on with your discussion of the actual topic of this thread.

I remember when there were 50+ entries after the index bars.

^ See, that's the problem. It told you not to start flame wars when every entry is almost designed to make people angry.

WHAT A HORRIBLE NIGHT TO HAVE A CURSE.

Eh, the old Discontinuity pages were worse. Extremely sarcastic and pretentious variants on "____ does not exist" get irritating very, very fast, and it spread like Two Words Obvious Trope. At least Complain About Shows You Don't Like actually (sort of) worked as a quarantine zone.

  • I hated when Discontinuity was potholed everywhere. It struck me as rather self-righteous, somehow.

Yeah, I know. I'm looking at it right now, and basically every single entry there is obvious flamebait, complete with insulting people who even dare to watch a show that the person writing the entry doesn't personally like.
