I can't figure out The Source's tech support.

My laptop is broken. The one-year warranty we got from HP has run out, but my mom bought an extended warranty with The Source, who we bought the computer from.

Their site does not seem to have a support number or any kind of online support for that kind of thing.

Why couldn't my laptop have broken a month earlier? X_X

Oh, The Source?  They don't do tech support; they just infect you, take your sentience, and move onto another random location to do the same thing.

Go ask Jenosa Arma about how to deal with them properly.

Well, we found a number and called; it turns out we just needed to bring it into the local The Source store (even though we didn't buy it there). That is done and it is off to repairland.

...Here's hoping it doesn't stay there too long. >_>
